Hi All Short Walkers,
We are walking in Cowes on Monday. We will meet in the Cowes RSL carpark at 9.15 ready for a 9.30 start.
The circuit is very short (only about 2km, (taking the longest route).
With the walk from the RSL (1km) the overall walk will be 4km.

We will walk to and around the Ramada Resort. Moira has done a recci and has reported:
( It is an) Easy track to navigate, dry with no muddy patches. There is a small uphill section leading to an uninterrupted view of surrounding open land, you can see the bay from here.
Features include abundant wildlife, wetlands habitat with myriad bird life, plenty of resting points, there is a community garden, chickens, ducks and Guinea pig enclosure.Bbq area, (bbq packs available at reception if anyone wants to stay for such).
The Cafe/restaurant is well equipped, and has a relaxing, heated outdoor area. Toilets are accessible here.
