    DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, ALL WALKERS MUST WEAR A MASK / FACE COVERING (NO MASK OR FACE COVERING THEN YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO WALK WITH THE GROUP)

    Please ring your walk leader if you are going to cancel

    Walk from Cowes at different starting points to Red Rocks via the beach (Low tide at 9am). Return via dirt tracks/ fire tracks and pathways. Approx 8.5km

    Go to your group leader who will tick you on the list when you have arrived.

    Group A : Belinda . Meet at grassy area to right of Cowes Yacht Club (Corner of Osbourne Ave and The Esplanade). Car parking along Osbourne Ave not in the Yacht club car park.

     

    Group B: Alistair . Meet at entry to car park off Warley Ave. If you enter Warley Ave from The Esplanade, it is entry up on the left.

    Group C: Lou. Meet at Mussel Rocks car park (Diagonally opposite theT- intersection of Warley Ave and The Esplanade.)

    Please bring your own first aid kit in your backpack and have plenty of water to drink. The walk can take between 2 to 3 hours, so pack any snacks. Your leader will tick you on the list wnen you arrive. Please ensure you are on time.

    Remember to stay 1.5 metres apart from other walkers. Please follow the leader’s instructions. Do not attend if you are unwell. Remember to wear a mask.


    • Hi All Short Walkers,
      The short walkers will be walking around Silverleaves on Monday. We will meet at the Silverleaves store and cafe (Sanders Road ) at 8.45am ready for a 9am start. Garda will lead the walk.
      Don’t forget to wear a face mask and bring water. Social distancing is still required and we are limited to groups of 10 so please let me know if you are coming.
