Wednesday walks are all about fun and challenge on easy paths. Designed for members who may be wishing to build their fitness on tracks that are easy to walk on for example well formed gravel tracks. The first walk will be from Anderson to Kilcunda on the rail trail. I will lead and move through the group to ensure that everyone is coping okay. We will discuss the format of the walk when we meet at Anderson. If you are recovering from an injury or operation, please get the approval of a medical professional that 5km walk is suitable for your recovery, although i aim to lead a walk where everyone walks at their own desired pace.
