Details

Medium:-  loose sand, dirt & gravel paths and firm sandy beach – approx. 8.2 km

Start with a 700m stroll along the Surf Beach and then up 76 steps onwards to the Light Beacon which is the highest point on the Island at 112m to capture breathtaking views. But not before stopping at the first photo opportunity at the Pinnacles Lookout followed by the Gully Island Lookout and at the Old Granite Quarry. And finally a leisurely 1.5km walk along the bay beach to Norman Hill where we’ll head back across the neck of the Peninsular to the carpark.

Morning tea BYO - Lunch BYO or risk buying at the Magiclands Kiosk which may not be open although the website shows it opened every day. Lunch on the Surf Clubhouse balcony.
